We will collect your name, phone number, address and email address in order to contact you using our scheduling software (Service Titan). This allows us to reach out to your instantly via email and text you an appointment confirmation. Also, you can communicate with us using text or email and we will respond to you (we are also on all the main social media platforms, you are welcome to chat with us there as well). On the day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text and email.
The technician will call you when he is approximately 30 minutes away (you can always request an earlier lead time). A text and email notification will be sent to you when the technician is en route to your location. In this notification, you will be provided with a picture of your hvac technician along with his name and his review ranking from previous clients like you (we have served more than 15 000 clients in the area) – you can even click a link in the text/email to track your technician in real time, UBER-style!
Your technician will arrive in a NICE-branded vehicle with an identification badge with booties and have drop clothes when necessary. Your technician will take pictures and add notes about everything he/she finds when helping you with any issue. Your technician will perform any repairs or upgrades on the spot if needed unless parts need to be ordered. If they do not have the parts on hand, we have a defined internal process to place and track the order of any parts to ensure a speedy resolution for you.
Once your job is completed, you will receive a survey via email and text where you can give management instant feedback about your experience. This will allow us to celebrate the best efforts of our employees and/or train diligently to improve any deficiencies.

At this point, most clients choose to join our membership programs. Members benefit from a free regular maintenance twice per year as well as get a preferential treatment for when disaster strikes. And as a member, the service call is on us (During normal business hours).
A lot goes into brining you the highest level of service from the first phone call to hvac installation. Our warehouse and purchasing department ensure that the trucks stay full stocked with the hvac, gas fireplace parts and supplies in order to serve you better. Our fleet department ensures the vehicles are insured, licensed and properly maintained to keep our vehicles in peak condition ensures that we will be able to get to you when you need us. IT support ensures phones, tablets and computers are updated with the latest technology and provides integrations and automations.
