Craig Elliott

President & Owner


Craig was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1979. He was raised by a single mother who taught him to achieve his goals through hard work and endurance. His journey to becoming a business owner, began when Craig’s Mother had a service call in their home from a young HVAC technician and she immediately knew that HVAC was the field her son should pursue. Craig jumped at the opportunity and became a skilled technician, earning multiple professional certifications including a national award from NATE for being a top technician in the country.

With 15 years of experience in the home service industry, he saw a way to deliver better and faster service by leveraging new technology and technical training. This modern, innovative approach would provide real solutions to solve underlying and immediate problems with heating and air conditioning systems. Confident he could offer a superior customer experience, he started Nice Heating & Air Company in 2011.

Known as the “chief officer of optimism” Craig is a creative, passionate man who, like his Mother, believes that any goal can be achieved with hard work, dedication, and discipline. He values diversity in all forms and believes embracing it, is a path to greatness. He enthusiastically leads his team by example with a deep commitment to making Nice Heating & Air a great place to work and to be a company his customers can trust.

Craig’s business philosophy can be summarized like this: “The art of winning is less complex than you think and is easy to conquer if you are in it to win it.”
